About Cove Publishing
We are sister-owned independent publisher dedicated to creating unique stories that promote empathy and understanding. Established in 2023 and based in New England, we launched with our debut book My Friend Doesn't Have a House written by Cove Publishing's cofounder Maggie Spadaro. Today we are focused on bringing compelling and impactful stories to life across genres.
Meet the Sisters
Maggie Spadaro
Author, Creative Director & Cofounder
Maggie is a social worker and received her MSW from Fairfield University. Her professional work with children from diverse backgrounds inspires her to write about important topics in an approachable way. When she's not writing, she enjoys baking cookies, and spending time with her cat Woody.
Jen Spadaro
Managing Director & Cofounder
Jen is the cofounder of Cove Publishing. She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is currently an MBA Candidate at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. You can find her exploring New England bookshops with coffee in hand, always on the hunt for her next read.
